Because your payment failed, this is a two step process. The instructions on this page will help you pay for your coffee with your new card. At the end of these instructions, click on the link we provide to update your card for future months.
- Go to Manage Your Account
- Log-in if you haven’t already
- Click on Subscriptions

- Click the View button next to the subscription you wish to manage

- Scroll down the page to Related Orders and find the order that Failed
- Click Pay

- Click the selected payment method, in most cases, Credit Card (Stripe)
- Click Use a new payment method
- Enter your new payment details
- Check the box next to Save payment information to my account for future purchases
- Click Change Payment Method
- You will now have paid for the coffee that didn’t process but you will not have updated the card used for your subscription. You must now follow the instructions to update the card for your subscription so that your new card will be used for future orders.
