The Ramirez Estate produces incredible coffees but they are also excellent neighbors. They power their farm using gas extracted from fermented coffees and they help fund local education. This coffee combines multiple roast levels from medium to dark and shines when brewed as cafecito (stovetop espresso). Notes of dark chocolate, cracker jacks, walnut, and cinnamon.
