Jose Raul Pitti, Aracelly Estribi, and Rigoberto Flores are the leaders of Finca Santa Teresa, one of the most exciting farms producing coffee in Panama, and that’s saying something. They marry decades of coffee expertise with the growing conditions of the famed Boquete region: soil from the Baru Volcano, high altitude, and influence of the Atlantic and Pacific weather systems, to bring us this phenomenal lot that combines cherries from different locations on the farm. Don’t miss this one, it’s one of the best coffees we’ve seen in a while. We taste florals, honeysuckle, fresh apricot, and some cardamom.
